Placing 100,000,000 new shares of the DCIHL.

On 21 January 2015, the Company and the Placing Agent entered into the Placing Agreement to place up to 100,000,000 shares of DCIHL New Share under the General Mandate to not less than six Placees.
Placing of New Share under the General Mandate to not less than six Placees was completed on 2 February 2015.
