Disposed 31.18% shareholding interest in DCIHL by the Group.

Pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement in relation to dispose of 31.18% shareholding interest in DCIHL to an independent third party on 12 April 2019. The completion of Sale and Purchase was took place on 18 June 2019 and the Company ceased to have any shareholding interest in DCIHL after the said transaction.
